The practice

Paperwork for an ITIN is typically ready within 48 hours of a complete intake. After IRS submission, processing is typically 7–11 weeks. As a CAA we verify identity so original passports are not mailed to the IRS.

    Identity details and a color passport scan — four corners, no glare, JPEG or PDF.

  2. Prepare

    Form W-7 and supporting papers, usually within 48 hours of a complete file.

  3. Certify

    CAA identity verification. You do not mail the original passport to the IRS.
